COURSE POSTPONEMENTS
In the event that we must change a course location, course date, or postpone a course, we will try to give the student as much advance notice as possible. If the student is unable to attend a course at the revised location or date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees against a future course or, if requested in writing, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.
SUBSTITUTIONS PERMITTED
We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee's place, provided the student notifies us in writing three (3) business days before the first day of the course. 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees will be credited against the course tuition fee of the substitute.
NO SHOWS
Failure to notify Resolution Video Inc. of an enrollment cancellation or transfer in writing or by phone before the start of the course will result in forfeiture of the full regular course fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The 30 day period before the start of the first day of class is the cancellation window. Enrollment cancellations can be made outside of this window (greater than 30 days) with no penalty. Cancellation requests inside the window (less than 30 days) will be credited toward a future class or redeemed via substitution.
ACCOMMODATION FOR DISABILITIES
We are committed to assisting course participants with disabilities. Resolution Video Inc. must receive written notification of any special needs from the participant's employer at least 60 days before the start of the course. The employer of the participant is responsible for all other costs of any necessary accommodation.
SECURITY
The student agrees that all course participants will abide by security measures in effect at the course location.
